Notes:
|
The review team is
a group of experts but when you stop to think, there is such a wide
range of 'expertise' needed on a project that it is almost
impossible to build a review team that has ALL of the knowledge
required to cover it all.
|
In practice, we
carry out a review as very much an 'interplay of ideas' between the
project team and the reviewers. We learn what's going on in your
project by taking in a stream of information via meetings and
interviews in person, and via text streams from the database and
from open documents, like this one.
|
Only when we have
gathered enough information about the project do we really offer
(what you might call) advice. But in practise we leverage the
pockets of knowledge that already exists in the project
participants to help the project team solve its own
problems.
